Paige uses CBT, EMDR, anger management strategies, and mindfulness to work with adults facing anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, and faith-related concerns. Her style is laid-back, collaborative, and client-centered. “I strive to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and supported,” she says. “Together, we identify goals and use therapeutic approaches that align with each client’s unique needs, strengths, and reasons for coming to therapy.”
She knows firsthand how much misinformation and stigma can surround mental health, and how much of a difference professional support can make — which is part of what drew her to this work. “EVERYONE can benefit from therapy,” she says. “It is a step toward wellness and can be equivalently viewed as a doctor’s appointment for physical health.”
Paige incorporates a client’s own beliefs and practices — biblical principles, devotionals, prayer — when that helps strengthen the healing process. What makes KPCC special to her: “I love that I work with individuals who share my passions and work to serve the community. It’s a healthy environment where we consider each other family.”
