How It Works
- Every client is offered a sliding-scale fee based on income and family size — no one is assessed at full cost by default.
- The CSF covers the difference between the sliding-scale fee and the true cost of care.
- Since 2020, the CSF has made 2,793+ subsidized counseling sessions possible.
Beyond the Fund
Even with the CSF, there’s a gap — and our counselors close it themselves. When a client needs more support than the Fund alone can cover, our team has chosen, again and again, to donate their own time to make sure care continues. That’s not sustainable to ask of them forever. It’s exactly why growing the CSF matters: every dollar donated is a dollar that goes to a client, not out of a counselor’s own pocket.
