We know legal language can feel cold, so here’s the plain version: we use your information to take care of you, to get you billed accurately, and to keep KPCC running well enough to keep showing up for the next family too. In formal terms, KPCC may use and disclose your health information for treatment, payment, and healthcare operations, and as otherwise permitted or required by law.
